Personnel and organizational development

 

Since a couple of years, I am actively engaged again in personnel and organizational development (amongst others from 2016-2019 for Institut IMAP), and offer workshops, training and consulting on issues of applied economic, social, and health psychology as well as executive coaching,

Scope and volume of all kinds of organizational measures will be agreed upon in a customized way, according to your particular target group and needs. Potential issues include communication, team-building and team skills, stress-, time- and self-management, professional personality development for executives, leadership, crisis- and conflict management (incl. mobbing), case and team supervision, measures fostering innovation and creativity, diversity management, employee surveys, organizational health care measures, and development of authentic, value-driven organizational culture  as well as employer branding for personnel recruitment and binding.

I will be happy to offer workshops and trainings, employee surveys, coachings or moderation of group processes in English.
