Personnel and organizational development


Since a couple of years, I am active again in personnel and organizational development, offering workshops, training and consulting on issues of applied economic, social, and health psychology as well as executive coaching, amongst others for Institut IMAP.

Scope and volume of all kinds of organizational measures will be agreed upon in an individual way, according to your particular target group and needs. Potential issues include team-building and team skills, stress-, time- and self-management, facilitation in times of organizational change, shaping value-oriented organizational culture and mission statements, professional personality development and communication, crisis- and conflict management (incl. mobbing), case and team supervision, measures fostering innovation and creativity, diversity management, employee surveys, organizational health care measures, or authentic and value-driven employer branding for personnel recruitment and binding.
