About me

Born in 1971 and grown up in Mainz, I have been living in Bonn since the beginning of my studies. I am mother of two fantastic daughters and genuinely interested in people, alternative art, music and culture, good books and beauty in language(s). I have a passion for travelling and like to move about in the open air. I prefer to live and work versatile, as it inspires me and keeps me flexible. In spite of a deeply humanist orientation and joy in creative methods, my working style is characterized by rationality and pragmatism.

The most important steps of my professional qualification are in brief:

1992-1998 Studies in psychology and sociology at the University of Bonn, Diploma in Psychology
1998-2002 PhD student and scientific assistant at the University of Bonn with Psychology as a major, PhD, beginning of freelance activities and scientific publishing
Since 2003 advanced trainings in group dynamics, solution-focused communication, crisis intervention, etc.
2012-2016 advanced training “Systemic Counsellor” at IF Weinheim, certified by Systemische Gesellschaft

I gladly gathered experience for 20 years now as a freelancing consultant, facilitator and trainer in diverse contexts and with diverse target groups. This includes, for instance, rehab groups for drunk drivers, social skills- and application trainings for IT graduates or training of on-site contact persons for issues of discrimination and mobbing, as well as the portfolio of classic management consultancy (conceptualization and implementation of measures on the issues of communication, leadership, feedback tools, social conflict resolution and team building, stress-management, health and safety at the work place, organizational culture, diversity, change, recruiting and binding, and customized workshops for executives and (industrial) employees at all levels; inclucing scientifically solid empirical data collection and analysis).
